Bahrain ‘high point’ in di Grassi career

Virgin to continue testing on Friday

On Thursday afternoon Virgin Racing driver Lucas di Grassi heavily crashed his car at turn nine at Circuit de Catalunya. The Brazilian was running with experimental control settings on the car which were adversely affecting the car’s handling. The team expects the car to be ready though to get back on track Friday morning.

Di Grassi enjoys Virgin’s first proper day of testing

On Saturday Lucas di Grassi completed the first proper day of testing for the Virgin Racing team at Jerez this week. After completing a shakedown on Wednesday the team completed little running on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday though the team managed to complete 63 laps without any major problems.
